Insignist Motorsports Return Policy

We appreciate you choosing Insignist Motorsports. We understand that sometimes things may not work out as planned, and we aim to make the return and exchange process as straightforward as possible.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to decide if it’s right for you. Items must be unused, in the same condition received, and in the original packaging.


Refund Conditions

Local Returns (in-person): We require an inspection of the item. If approved, a 10% restocking fee applies.

Shipped Returns: We require photos prior to approval. Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund. A 10% restocking fee applies.

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method once the return is inspected and approved. Timing depends on your card issuer.


Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your item within the return window:

If the exchange is due to an error on our end, we will cover return shipping.

If the exchange is not due to our error, the customer covers return shipping and any price differences.

Additional shipping costs for the new item are the customer’s responsibility.


Damage Claims

If your item arrives damaged:

Must be reported within 72 hours of delivery.

Photos are required.

tems cannot be installed if damaged; once installed, there are no refunds.


Custom Orders

All custom orders are final sale unless defective or damaged upon arrival.


Fitment Guarantee & Liability

We guarantee fitment if installed professionally.

If not installed professionally, or if the item is installed and returned, a 10% restocking fee applies.

Installed items are non-returnable.
