Welcome to Insignist Motorsports We're thrilled you chose us for your motorsports needs. We understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned, and we're here to support you every step of the way.

Happy to Help with Returns Not completely in love with your purchase? No worries! You have 30 days from the day you receive your item to decide if it's right for you. Just ensure the item remains unused, in the condition you received it, and in its original packaging. 

Refunds Made Simple Returned your item? We'll take it from there. We'll give it a quick check and let you know once we've received it. Following a successful inspection, we'll update you promptly on your refund status. If approved, a minimal restocking fee of 5% helps us manage this process for all our customers. Your refund will be processed to the original payment method. The timing for the credit to appear depends on your card issuer, but we'll do our part swiftly.

Exchanges Got your eye on something else? If you'd like to exchange your item, just give us a shout within the return period. We're here to facilitate the exchange, though you'll need to cover any price difference and additional shipping costs.

Regarding Return Shipping We kindly ask that you handle the shipping costs for returning items. Remember, shipping costs are non-refundable. But here's a tip: if you're due for a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it.

Received a Damaged Item? Although we make sure the packaging prevents this, If your item arrived damaged, please tell us within 48 hours of delivery. We're on standby to help sort out any issues swiftly and efficiently.
